We, CX professionals working in various customer experience related roles have a responsibility to create easy, efficient and emotionally connected experiences for our customers to make their lives a bit better. After all, it’s quite a lonely profession, especially in the markets like Lithuania where CX profession is just emerging. Therefore, the CX enthusiasts in Lithuania unite in the association “Kliento link” (Towards Customer) under the purpose to create a space to connect, share and learn from likeminded people. People who have a desire to help their organizations to earn the right to growth through a consistent focus on customer experiences. In the content we are eager to share with you, we‘ll focus on local (Lithuanian) realities, however, to keep the pace with global trends, we will not limit ourselves to the local language, local speakers and local topics only.
