About Tower Properties
Tower Properties Co. is very active in industrial and commercial real estate in leasing, selling, investments and consulting since 1976. Daniel is a successful 45 year veteran at Tower Properties Co. Daniel focused on commercial, industrial and investment properties , but he says, "Because of the evolution of the West Side, we have increasingly become involved in creative office and commercial properties." Daniel's brokerage achievements include representing the United States Government and the State of California; packaging the development from the ground up, for 14 industrial units at the popular Hayden Tract in Culver City in 1977. Long-term lease of a 50,000 sq. ft., turn-key development project at Fox Hills; he and Larry Waxman also represented developer, Larry Field, of Richlar in the development and leasing of the 70,000 sq. ft. Richlar Center in West Los Angeles; just two of his prior investment transactions were in El Segundo where he sold an 80,000 sq. ft. leaseback investment on 5 acres of land to the former Mayor of Beverly Hills, Max Salter; he also sold another 80,000 sq. ft. investment in Westlake Village on Townsgate Road to the Cohen family; he has also represented Public Storage where he sold several acres of land in Marina del Rey as well as representing Rolls Royce of Beverly Hills in 1981 on the corner of Pico Boulevard and Purdue Avenue, in West Los Angeles, where they are still located today. Daniel has also consummated many transactions with international corporations, as well as domestic corporations, in such countries as Japan, China, Malaysia, Korea, England, France, Germany and Australia. Some of the more interesting sales and lease transactions were with the Price Club, Pritikin Longevity Center in an former Joseph Magnum Department Store in Sherman Oaks Fashion Square. Daniel has been a member of the American Commercial, Industrial Real Estate association since 1974 and involved in the Multiple Sclerosis society for many years.
