Towers.media was founded in 2020 by Gonzalo Torres with the aim to contribute an intercultural perspective to the growing demand for diversity in the world of content creation. Recognizing a niche in the world of audiovisual production, we felt called to provide a platform for our Latinx hermanas y hermanos’ voices to be heard—accurately! We produce original content with a special emphasis on Latinx culture and influences, offering services in development, consulting, creative production and post-production As Latinx creators, we draw from our own cultural experience across South and Central America as well as from our extensive network of locals to deliver top quality, culturally literate content We can tailor our approach to each client’s specific needs. Examples of our work and expertise range from correctly translating Puerto Rican slang into English for Guaynaa’s Spotify cover story, artist appearances and edits with cultural significance in Bad Bunny’s X100PRE concert, to grasping and communicating the importance of Flamenco in describing the talent of Rosalía in her ¡Viva Latino! cover story. Towers.media takes great pride in rescuing the nuances that are often lost in translation, doing justice to the artists whose work deserves to be presented in the best and most faithful way possible.
