Toxicology Knowledge Team Sweden AB is a team of Sweden’s broadest commercially available expertise in toxicological risk assessment. Common to all of us is a long standing experience in toxicological analysis and risk assessment. The consultants of TKT work as a team, therefore each customer is assured access to TKT's collective experience and expertise in each assignment. The company was founded 2012 by a number of dedicated toxicologists who succeeded in building a solid customer-base over a decade. TKT Sweden was bought in 2021 by Center for Translational Research AB (CTR) and remains an indepentent company among a consortium of sister companies that provide complementary services to the life sciences industry. TKT consultants have extensive experience in safety assessment of potential drug targets. TKT also support companies that have more advanced pharmaceutical projects – with design, procurement, monitoring and review of toxicology studies, as well as the generation of regulatory documentation. TKT consultants take on all tasks involving problem solving and toxicological risk assessment. We support companies and organisations that require expertise and advice in industrial hygiene (e.g. determination of occupational exposure limits) and REACH (e.g. preparation of CSA and CSR). TKT provides QSAR predictions for genotoxicity and other severe toxicity, employing mainstay in silico platforms (Derek Nexus, Leadscope Model Applier).
