About Toys 'N' Tuck

Our History We are a family owned business, who have been operating in Essex since 1992. Our journey started in South Woodham Ferrers and over the years we've traded in shops across Essex, covering Rayleigh, Billericay, Maldon and Southend. Over the years consumer habbits have changed and with the highly competitive world of internet trading specialist shops in small town centres have become uneconomic and so we now have just one large shop in Southend, Essex. Our Values We are dedicated to customer service, and we always do the very best we can to ensure that our customers are kept as happy as we are. We take pride in the fact that our company provides a friendly atmosphere for customers of all ages, with welcoming staff providing any assistance they can. In January 2015 we were awarded the best Independant Toy Shop of the year at the annual Toy Trade awards which reflects the hard work and dedication of our small team. Our Products We love choosing toys that will suit our customers and making sure we have them at reasonable prices. We also look to add value with additional services such as our personalised Sweet cones perfect for special occassions such as birthday parties. Another addition is our gift wrap service where for a small fee per item we'll neatly wrap your items so they're ready to gift, plus if you visit us in store we're happy to wrap any items even if they were not purchased with us.
