Our services help to protect employees in times of need, as well as assist companies in hiring and retaining top-tier talent. Mike Priestley founded TPC Benefits in 1980 and has helped to pave the landscape for employee benefits in the state of Alabama. Mike played tennis at Samford University in Birmingham, while majoring in Insurance. Shortly thereafter, he founded the company and rapidly grew his practice to work with companies of all sizes and industries. Josh Priestley has been with the company since 2007 as a Producer and Vice President. He has played an integral role in helping the company grow and is one Alabama's premier medical experts. Alison Lindsey assists with service and implementation for our groups. Alison has been the backbone of the organization and has worked with Mike since 2001. Fischer Priestley started with the company in August of 2022, and is currently working in a sales support role. As a family owned and operated company, our clients are family and we strive to be an extension of the HR department.
