TPG DisableAids is the first choice for all the leading disability aid and mobility equipment brands for those living in Herefordshire, Gloucestershire, Worcestershire, Shropshire and Wales. We were established in 1985 by Tony and Pam Gibbs. After three decades of exceptional trading growth, there is still a strong family influence in our business. Alastair Gibbs and Amanda Harrold (son and daughter) are now at the helm in partnership with Tony and Pam. We supply aids and equipment to both private customers and organisations such as the NHS and numerous County Councils. What really sets us apart is the quality of the advice we can offer on how our disability aids and mobility equipment can best improve your day-to-day lives, so you can carry on being as safe and independent in your own home for as long as possible. The company motto captures the our core belief that we can use our culture to enable people to live more fulfilling lives. The motto of “Let our family help your family” captures our family orientated culture, we always believe in the first instance we should assist rather than sell. We always offer comprehensive advice on situations where we can, something many other companies fail to match. Some of our most frequent advice is kept on our Advice page, this includes many common queries relating to stairlifts, hoists, beds, chairs, wheelchairs and more. We also believe in offering excellent after service, whether you purchased from TPG or elsewhere we’re always happy to see how we can help you, through maintenance & servicing, repairs and installations. Recently we’ve been recognised for our persistent work towards excellence by the Stannah Certificate of Excellence, being one of the few in the UK to be awarded the prestigious award. The award recognises TPG for it’s commitment towards quality engineering in installations, servicing and repairs of their product range.
