TPS DEVELOPMENT PROJECTS (PTY) LTD is a 100% black owned and managed consulting firm which started in 2012. It was founded by Sifiso Zondo, who is a registered professional planner with over nine years experience in the public and private sector. TPS does not aim to be the biggest, but it aims to be the best. We take pride in paying attention to detail, treating clients as if they are the only client and ensuring that we do not compromise on planning principles on the altar of expediency. The vision of the company is "To provide reliable and honest services to our clients in the private and public sector, giving attention to detail as if it is our only project." TPS emphasises that every project be given top priority, attention is always paid to detail and work is done with upmost honesty. We offer outstanding development services that range from town and regional planning, project management, infrastructure planning to feasibility studies. The core team members have substantial experience in conducting primary and secondary research. The company has experience in various aspects of development planning, particularly policy formulation (SDF's and LAP's), feasibility studies, urban design, rural/regional development planning, local economic development and project management. Other expertise available within the company include facilitation/communication, training and capacity building.
