TQM Itaca Technology srl is a well-established star in the measurement and SPC firmament. TQM began its activity on 1989 and it's able to provide customers with measuring systems for off-line SPC controls and post-process 100% inspection. TQM Itaca Technology’s SPC systems include standard or custom gauges, proprietary software (benefiting from years of experience in collaboration with our customers), standard hardware (PCs, PLC, etc…) and special hardware like interfacing boards internally developed in order to guarantee their performances. TQM Itaca Technology’s products can be used in any manufacturing industry. We have accumulated considerable experience over the years, especially dynamic geometrical controls in the following sectors: automotive, electric motors, various components and general mechanics etc... Our SPC systems can be used in local or in network. TQM Itaca Technology has a vast experience in network management for quality data collection from different measuring devices, and it has developed a full range of software products called Suite Itastat 6 for the complete management of measuring data. Measuring is fundamental in order to keep the production process under control, correctly interpret incoming data from measurement systems, reduce rejects and downtime costs and generally understand what is being produced and how. To guarantee the best service, since 2013 TQM Itaca Technology is certified ISO 9001:2008 for the design, realization, installation and technical assistance of control systems for the mechanical industry with Lloyd’s Register Quality Assurance.
