About Trackside Camera Supply

Trackside Camera Supply is Lafayette’s new home for working photographers and high-level hobbyists. Opening October 2025, we’re building more than a camera store — we’re creating a hub where professionals can access the tools, gear, and community they need. Our shelves feature new and used equipment, film, accessories, and consignment finds. Beyond retail, Trackside is co-located with Picture the Past (photo scanning and preservation), Greyt Event Media (event and theatre photography), and Treat Your Selfie (photo booths and experiential activations), together forming a collaborative photography and media center on Kossuth Street. Born out of Lafayette’s creative community, Trackside is designed to fill the gap left after the closure of our city’s last camera shop. We’re bootstrapped, intentional, and rooted locally — making sure the photographers who call this city home have a place that supports their craft.
