Hear : More Traction Sound is a brand owned by UK company Scicoustic Ltd. Manufacturing is undertaken by wholly-owned subsidiary Scicoustic LLC in Wisconsin, USA. Scicoustic brings together a highly experienced team in acoustic, mechanical, computational design, material science and manufacturing. Our R&D team is led by original Traction Sound designer Billy Wood (Chief Technical Officer). Best known for his decade long research into air-propagation-distortion, Billy’s signature SDS (Soft Dome Source) tweeter arrays dramatically reduces high frequency distortion versus compression drivers. Less distortion means you HEAR | MORE, which is central to our brand message. Throughout our R&D, manufacturing and supply chain processes, we aim to reduce the environmental impact of pro audio systems whilst focusing on delivering maximum value to end users.
