We bring in the special supply chain magic to ensure the highest quality products manufactured to surpass the standard hospitality benchmarks. This is done by utilizing the knowledge of textile manufacturing dating back to early 2000 by our management and production team. How do we do this? Thorough inspection and control is exercised at every stage of production by our experienced team in our overseas manufacturing facilities meeting all ethical and socially responsible manufacturing standards. All our partner are ISO 9001, SA14000, SA8000, ETI, CtPAT and Oekotex 100 Certified mills. Starting from the selection of the best quality yarns; weaving on airjet looms; continuous bleaching with mercerizing and sanforizing process to ensure smooth whites with the minimal shade variation. The confection is done as per our strict specification and QA and QC teams check every sheet while it passes through all stages of production to the final packing stage.
