We develop and produce high quality sweet goods including thaw ‘N sell, proof and bake and freezer to oven frozen for: - Contract Manufacturing - Private Label - Retail - Foodservice Tradition's products are produced in a World Class 105,000 sq. ft. manufacturing facility built in 2003. We have highly automated continuous process lines which have capacity for: - 28,000 2.5 oz muffins/hr - 18,000 2.5 oz croissants/hr - 26,000 1 oz cookies/hr - 6,000 lbs/hr Pastry Tradition has a wide range of products and capabilities. Tradition is certified Safe Quality Food (SQF) Level 2 (GFSI recognized). Since 2002, Tradition has been awarded the highest rating of “SUPERIOR” by the AIB year over year over year.
