This Texas limited partnership is engaged in the development, construction, and management of a growing number of Tradition senior living communities. The Tradition–Prestonwood in Dallas opened in June 2010, with the Assisted Living and Memory Care Community following in 2015. The Tradition–Lovers Lane also opened in 2015 and is conveniently located next door to Central Market on East Lovers Lane in Dallas. It offers a full continuum of care, including Independent Living, Assisted Living, and Memory Care. In Houston, The Tradition has added two communities—The Tradition–Buffalo Speedway and The Tradition–Woodway—both offering Independent Living, Assisted Living, and Memory Care. Most recently, The Tradition–Clearfork opened in the summer of 2023 in Fort Worth, bringing The Tradition’s signature elegance and comprehensive care to the Clearfork area.
