This is a pan India initiative, Financial Institutions having business operations across India can save cost with quote based work award without favoritism where multiple service providers will bid for the work project, with inbuilt MIS audit trails can be culled for audit purposes as well. Services range from small jobs to highly specialized jobs, which will be catered by experts in their respective fields and over 400 business activities are listed currently to choose from. Confidentiality of work is of paramount importance, Service providers will send the completed work directly to the emails ids provided by FIs while awarding work projects, invoices can only be generated by service providers once FIs accept the work to ensure full satisfaction of FIs before paying. Service providers can only bid for a project only after platform carries out a due diligence on them. Invoices will be raised through the platform, FIs will deal with only one account instead of managing multiple vendor accounts. TDS will be deducted by platform u/s 194O of Income tax act, thereby saving FIs from hassle of deductions and TDS reports. Service Providers will also benefit immensely from the platform as irrespective of their location and size, they will be able to bid for a project and can cater to quality jobs.
