International best practice in indirect taxation and regulation, opportunities for regional tax reform and estimates and forecasts of market volumes and alcohol tax revenue. Estimation of substitution effects between the tax-paid and non-tax paid markets, and the resulting revenue implications, in a number of ASPAC countries.
