About Trailblazers Mentoring
At Trailblazers, we believe that everyone has the potential to lead a life free from crime and be a positive member of society. We reduce re-offending in men by helping them change their attitude, thinking and behaviour through intensive mentoring, advice, advocacy and target specialist support. We solely concentrate on what we set out to do in 1998 when our charity first started mentoring young offenders. We have a unique product and we aim to offer this to as many people in prison as we can reach. We are a mentoring charity that works exclusively with people in prison and are currently based at HMP Bullingdon, HMP/YOI Brinsford, HMP/YOI Isis and HMP Brixton. Trailblazers recruit, train and match suitable volunteer mentors with men in prison who have asked to be mentored.
