About Trailhead Partners

We offer operational planner education tailored for DOD, US Government Interagency, and State Government, both at our facilities in Colorado Springs, or at your location around the world. While there are online courses for planning, the Trailhead way goes beyond just covering the steps of the planning process. We educate planners and senior leaders on the "how" and "why" of planning using hands-on practical application and best practices learned over decades of practice. We use commercial, service, and joint planning processes to produce simple, clear, elegant solutions to complex problems. Our team has spent years both in uniform and out of uniform participating in and leading operational planning teams at numerous Geographic and Component commands around the world, both in exercises and real-world contingencies. Why Us? Trailhead Partners is not the average training company. We offer operational and strategic-level planning education in accordance with current U.S. Joint doctrine, but we are not limited strictly to the military planning process. We can tailor education based on the needs of our clients, whether they are DOD, U.S. Government Interagency, or State and Local Government.
