About Traillionaires Foundation

The Traillionaires Foundation empowers youth of color by enhancing job readiness and financial skills through year-round programs, events, and summer courses. Our initiatives emphasize industry insights, mentorship, entrepreneurship training, internships, and career-entry scholarships. Our mission is to expedite students' access to sustainable employment, equip them with essential life skills, and enhance their financial literacy, fostering creditworthiness, savings, and investments. We provide impactful learning experiences via out-of-school programs, annual events, and focused summer programs. Our programs cover niche career paths from middle school through college, offering industry exploration events (e.g., drone licensing, music engineering, videography, trades, mental health careers, creative direction, social media management, styling, editing, copywriting), mentor matching, entrepreneurship training, and internships. We also aim to offer scholarships for career entry. Our Vision We envision a future where youth of color are high-achieving students, supportive family members, productive economic contributors, and responsible community members. Our goal is to create a norm of exceptional behavior and positive contributions, supported by ample opportunities and support.
