Train-U offers a balance of flexible, professional and engaging Health and Safety Training with a mixture of Safety Consultation Services to businesses that must comply with state and federal safety regulation and laws. **Train-U helps clients to build a safe and positive safety culture with a simple yet effective approach; “See It, Say It, Do It… Repeat It until You Get It”.** The starting point to learning anything is to find out the need first. Train-U’s top priority is first, perform a facility tour to gain a true understanding of what the business needs are to comply with safety standards. During the initial tour, Train-U will engage with workers in all departments to compile safety feedback, quarterback questions and take note of all behaviors, including the positive with the negative and everything in between. This allows an in-depth review of the human factor within a workplace. After the tour is conducted and safety needs are prioritized, Train-U will then build a customized game plan for each client. This plan will include a training calendar agreed upon between the client and Train-U. Together, a schedule will be implemented throughout each client’s workplace. Showtime - Training is conducted and all records provided to Client by Train-U. Most records are provided in an electronic format for easy to use and share capability.
