- History Training Concepts Limited (TCL) was incorporated in August 1999 and is owned and managed by Tom Brown MCIBS. The business is located in Edinburgh, Scotland and employs four staff. TCL operates throughout the United Kingdom, including Northern Ireland and, in addition to its own resources, has used a number of commercial Partnerships and relationships to deliver Programmes to a diverse range of Clients such as BT, Open University, Banco Santander, BSkyB, Royal Bank of Scotland, State Street, iCROSSING (the Leading UK Internet Marketing provider), Henderson Group (5th largest UK private Company and owners of the SPAR franchise for Northern Ireland) and Euro Spar. At TCL we are passionate about people and innovative and creative in our design and delivery of our Workshops and Programmes. We believe inherently of giving more than we take and that every single person has value to offer. TCL has achieved four National Training Awards during its lifetime to date and based on Participants' feedback from delivery over the last twelve months the current effectiveness of our training in terms of the Key Indicators of Interactive Content, Motivational Quality, Learning Value, Presentation Style and Sustainability is 93%.
