Training is Development (TiD), now works with individual business on issues of Equality, Diversity & Inclusion, enabling the development and engagement of well defined Diversity & Inclusion strategies. In doing so TiD is able to deliver training for all levels of staffing, increasing awareness, also identifying areas that still need to be reviewed and developed. Providing on-going training and support where necessary. Thus enabling all staff to develop the confidence and skill to reduce discriminative behaviours in the work environment in ways that are both peaceful and proactive. Education & talking about the issues, as well as having a robust strategy means businesses can • improve staff morale, efficiency and quality standards • increase job satisfaction and employee retention • in addition, supporting increased outputs TiD (Tolerance in Diversity) was initially founded as a youth led charity in 1994, supporting young people to make a difference in Equality & Diversity, it was innovative, it won a UN international peace award and was invited to the White House. Based in East London it undertook project work accross the county and abroad. Today TiD as a training organisation is moving full circle, still providing that continued innovation, with its special knowledge and skills, just delivering to the workplace.
