Who We Are Trainingly is a small, independent organisation based in Hertfordshire. We specialise in delivering First Aid courses along with Emotional Resilience and Mental Wellbeing training. Although these are primarily aimed at individuals and organisations within childcare and educational settings, they are also open to the wider community. We are passionate about helping people to grow through nurture and learning and we aim to make our courses accessible to all. What We Do Safety involves not just our physical health but also our mental health, which is why in addition to our certified and non-certified First Aid courses we also offer courses which focus on Emotional Resilience and Wellbeing, including Mental Health at Work. Trainingly is focused on meeting your needs and we are happy to create more bespoke packagesif that is what you require. We are flexible in our approach and can either deliver training at a venue of your choice (within the M25 radius) or from our base in Hertfordshire. Our Ethos Here at Trainingly we are passionate about promoting safety in the community at large. The core of our business has always been focused on delivering First Aid training. However, we recognise that in the world we live in today, personal safety is about both our physical and our emotional wellbeing. We want to train individuals to be able to recognise and deal with a wide range of medical incidents and emergencies. Our secondary aim is to increase awareness of Mental Health and to reduce the stigma of asking for help. We understand how demanding and stressful life can be and never know what challenges we are going to be presented with or how we will cope. We have carefully designed our Emotional Wellbeing and Mental Health Awareness courses to promote a greater understanding of what it means to be emotionally resilient and how this can have a positive impact on mental health.
