Hi! My name is Joe Fox and I’m the creator of TrainSMART Personal Fitness. Many think we’re simply “Personal Trainers”, but we are so much more! We are the future of medicine. TrainSMART can best be described as a Strength Training Company that is also a Medical Fitness Company. We are boutique and concierge like – that means personal attention. If needed, we collaborate with your doctor or medical team. Our ultra-flexible scheduling will meet the needs of your challenging day. Service are available at our facility, your office, or even your home. We exist to help you to FEEL GREAT, BE STRONG, and THRIVE! We use Functional Strength Training as a vehicle to empower athletic longevity and sustainability, so you can have the freedom to live your life to the fullest without limitations. Many of our clients are in their 50s, 60s - and beyond. We work with executives, professionals, entrepreneurs, doctors, surgeons, and others in downtown Buffalo. Many are overweight, under stress, sit too much, and have aches and pains in their lower back, knees, and shoulders - and they just want to FEEL BETTER! We highly customize and integrate functional strength training, physical therapy, chiropractic, and nutrition in a safe, private, and comfortable setting.
