TRAK has special expertise and experience in GeoExchange (geothermal), combined heat and power (CHP) co-generation, and Building Automation System (BAS) & customized Energy Management System (EMS) Controls. We manufacture and sell large modular heat pumps (30RT, 60RT,120 RT) and other specialized HVAC equipment. Our past project types include industrial processes, agriculture indoor grow operations, ice arenas, community centres and hubs featuring swimming pools, schools and academic institutions, multi-residential buildings, long-term care facilities, hospitals and integrated community district systems that connect multiple buildings. We can assist clients with financing capital cost improvements for new construction and retrofits, often through the energy savings achieved with our SES. We've been able to achieve typical energy cost savings of 40% to 60% when compared to traditional or the next best alternative HVAC system. In addition to our Kelowna, British Columbia main office, we have other offices in Thunder Bay, Kitchener, Burlington and Toronto, Ontario.
