TRAKR is a mental health app that helps patients ‘decode their health’ by taking a quantitative approach to their wellbeing. It provides users with a proven, effective system for tracking their symptoms and analyzing the efficacy of their treatments through innovative AI and data visualization methods. With the mental health system stretched thin, and patients often resorting to self-treatment, the medical literature is clear - the future of healthcare is patient-led. TRAKR was inspired by my own extensive lived experience in the mental health system and originated as a tool I built for personal use and refined over many years as I recovered. I'm now bringing it to the market, and have validated its usefulness with 30 mental health patients who took part in my extensive research. I want to give patients the hope and autonomy they deserve so that they can begin the healing process. I'll be building out this page, so follow along!
