We are Trampoline NH CIC, a social enterprise that provides business incubation services, supports community enterprises, and promotes ethical leadership in SMEs, in underserved communities. As an organisation, we are a collective of socially motivated and community-oriented professionals with years of experience in delivering start-up incubation support, community empowerment, business coaching and mentoring, ethical leadership, as well as confidence building and motivational support to aspiring, pre-start and start-up entrepreneurs living and/or working in traditionally underserved communities. We work in the UK and aspire to do so in other parts of the world. Collectively, we offer expert advice and support for community engagement, strategic planning and development, marketing and communication, operational planning, and financial planning and management. Our backgrounds and experiences give us an intimate knowledge and understanding of the issues and barriers facing our beneficiaries.
