Transcom Consulting Ltd. was founded by Mr. Rafi Sum in 1990, after serving for 20 years as the exclusive representative of AEG-Telefunken and a number of other international corporations in Israel. Since his untimely passing, the company has been headed by Mrs. Rivka Sum. Throughout it's history, the Tel-Aviv based company has been known to all as a small but highly regarded company with an untarnished reputation in the market for over 30 years. Transcom's core business is representing international companies who work in the fields of electricity, communications and infrastructure vis-à-vis Israel's major infrastructure providers.
