Heavy wear plates, impact plates, and flush tops are all part of the design set made possible with welded hinge loop belting. Welded hinge belting lasts longer than press formed hinges they don’t pull apart with use and stay true to the drive chains. Transcon has a full array of multi-lane belts, options to protect hot parts, a variety of metal mesh and engineered synthetic belt covers to allow processing of both large, heavy parts as well as small parts on a heavy-duty belt.
