Inpowerment* supports women Executive Leaders and Changemakers in navigating three of the most common obstacles women face—burnout, limiting beliefs, and isolation—in a new, uncommon way. The woman-centric webinars, workshops, and retreats encompass a holistic approach to women's well-being, comprised of three interactive exercises that draw from participant's life experiences and generate take-home, rinse-and-repeat strategies to boost resilience, increase confidence, amplify impact, and restore balance. It includes an awareness that the specific systemic barriers that hold women back—from bias to unrealistic expectations—need specific solutions that set women up for success in their lives, leadership, and change work. Inpowerment* was created by Jen Hutchinson, the lead Facilitator, with C-Suite experience and a master's degree in Social Entrepreneurship and Change from Pepperdine Graduate School of Education and Psychology. Jen is also the Creator of #thefaxx, an online RSS feed tracking the gamechanging impact of women's leadership to drive systemic change in business, government, and sustainability.
