About Transformation Nous

We founded in 2016. We are consultants from a global consulting firm who had dedicated their advisory careers transforming healthcare providers and systems in the UK and internationally. Armed with extensive and real on the ground experience unmatched by others, we set out to revolutionise the way consultants partner with health and social care organisations to deliver real change. At Transformation Nous, we do not waste time writing pretty strategy documents or recycling off-the-shelf answers. Instead we roll up our sleeves and work hand in hand with our clients to jointly identify issues, develop solutions, and drive change. We are sharp and structured thinkers with solid strategic, analytical, and operational backgrounds who believe that for transformations to succeed, every solution needs to be tailor-made to meet client needs and rigorously tested on the ground. Our experience has taught us that for any transformation to stick, staff across all levels of the organisation need to adopt the right attitudes and mindsets in order to drive desirable behaviours. As such, every engagement we take on, we spend a disproportionate amount of time, energy, and resources to drive cultural change.
