Most trainings don’t fail because of bad content. They fail because they don’t stick. Too often, participants nod along in workshops, only to return to work unchanged. They can repeat the concepts, but not live them. Behavior—the real evidence of learning—never shifts. That’s where I come in. I help experienced L&D professionals, trainers, and facilitators move beyond delivering content to facilitating transformation. Because your role isn’t to lecture harder—it’s to unlock change. Through my work with hundreds of leaders, five challenges come up again and again: Learning that actually sticks – making the leap from “I get it” to “I’m doing it.” Advanced facilitation skills – asking better questions, giving the work back to the group, and being fully present.
