Transformers is an organization committed to transforming the way automotive service and repair is done. We are transforming an industry that is traditionally behind the times in so many ways. Our mission is to transform it into a well-respected, cutting edge industry, one business at a time. This high-level Mastermind Group is made up of the Aspen Executive team, a few industry experts, and an elite group of successful multi-store (or soon-to-be multi-store) shop owners from around the country. Together we create a “brain bank” where we can all exchange ideas and solve issues together. Members are strategically from non-competing markets so that we can help each other grow and succeed exponentially without conflicts of interest. Transformers Mastermind, the first of its kind, is the combined best of the 20 Group & Mastermind Group worlds! We are a group of some of the best automotive business minds in the industry. We are each successful owners in our own right and are looking to better and grow our businesses by pulling our collective brain power together, drawing from each other's experiences, and learning new insights to launch us each to higher heights. Think of it like a floating brain. As we sit at our roundtable, there is a brain floating above us. We all feed into it our collective wisdom, thoughts, ideas, and strategies. This brain represents the best in all of us. And it's there, available for any of us to tap into at any time; taking what best applies to our specific goals and business model; allowing us to find a success that we've never thought possible.
