Supported Living Services that wrap around you We provide flexible, practical and emotional support for people with a wide range of support needs to promote and maintain independence. Our belief is that services need to fit in and around people opposed to people fitting in with services. Pathway For Care is a CQC registered social care provider who’s aim is to help people live independent and fulfilling lives. The service is a joint venture between the public and private sector and is based in South East of the country but is expanding to cover other areas. We aim to offer support that wraps itself around the needs of the individual and those that are close to them. Where necessary we can include specialist input for complex needs. Most of our current service is focused on specialised tenancy complexes run by non-profit making social landlords that offer high quality self-contained bedsits and flats. We can of course provide support in any location via bespoke packages. In addition to this we are looking to develop community wellbeing centres that include daytime activities to achieve the same goal of maximising independence.
