Transit Construction Services is a full service General Contractor and Construction Manager performing work throughout Western New York. We have 90 years of combined construction experience within the industry. Our company is operated by Nicholas Hunt, Patrick Murray and John Waugh. As a General Contractor, Transit Construction Services takes pride in the fact that we can self perform many aspects of the construction. We self perform Site Work, Concrete Foundations & Flatwork and Rough & Finish Carpentry. With these attributes, we take full control of our projects, which in-turn maintains the schedule and keeps the costs in line, while providing quality as our top priority. Our Superintendents are well versed in coordinating all aspects of a project, from Site Development to Mechanical and Electrical coordination to Final Punch List and Move-in. Transit Construction Services has the capabilities of budgeting and managing projects with varying scopes of work. Our capabilities range from Conceptual Budgeting, Construction Management, Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP), Design Build/Assist and Hard Bid Projects. Our method of reaching qualified estimates range from Subcontractor input during design, historical cost data and qualified hard cost estimates. Transit Construction Services has developed relationships throughout the Western New York Area with reputable Owners, Developers, Architects and Program Managers. We feel we can be an asset to any project whether it's a multi-unit apartment project, an addition to a school, a complex building renovation or rebuilding the Darwin Martin House to replicate it's original design.
