About Trauma & Eating Disorder Specialists (TEDS)
Your recovery is at the heart of our care. TEDS are a highly specialist, eating disorder service offering bespoke, online integrated therapy packages to individuals aged 16 years and above who are living in the community with an eating disorder. We are now accepting referrals and individuals can either self-refer or be referred by a professional. Together, we have 22 years of combined clinical experience of working within both NHS and Private eating disorder contexts. We are passionate advocates for eating disorder recovery and we aim to provide specialist treatment in the most accessible, timely and effective way. We are unique from other services because we provide highly specialist treatment that is based on an integrative therapy approach. In other words, we offer treatment that addresses you as a whole person, considering your past, present and future challenges that may be holding you back from achieving your own recovery. Our therapy packages consist of group and individual sessions. Following an Initial Consultation, we will explore these packages and explore which one is most suitable for your needs. Furthermore, we offer Carer Support Groups as a safe space for individuals to seek support and guidance when caring for a loved one with an eating disorder.
