Trauma Healing Centre provides a professional, confidential counselling and mediation services to individuals, couples, workplaces and groups to assist in the recovery from trauma and adversity. Workplaces are a complex place of human interactions. Trauma Healing Centre uses strategies to identify and develop team dynamics. We have expertise in person centred practices assisting workplaces and teams to move forward, develop new strategies and thrive. We offer workplace counselling, restorative mediation, critical incident debriefing and mentoring. We utilise reflective practice, solution focussed and strength based models. Workplace counselling – are you are impacted by workplace stress, bullying or harassment, feeling overwhelmed, compassion fatigue, burnout, feeling stuck? Counselling can help to support you by exploring options to move forward. Critical incident debriefing – When a critical incident has been witnessed in the workplace it has the potential to create an acute emotional and psychological reaction whereby thinking and emotions can be disrupted and a person’s usual coping mechanisms, stop working. Debriefing can help to alleviate the reactions to traumatic experiences to help restore normal functioning. Restorative mediation- if you are having workplace issues, conflict, bullying and harassment, substantiated or unsubstantiated complaint outcomes, restorative mediation can help.
