No other place in Iceland can offer you the opportunity to experience what this Island has to offer. Where else can you find a habitable Island with a historical heritage in the middle of a glacier river where wild salmon is fished twice a day and cooked over an open fire. It is that close to Reykjavik that it can be another opportunity for day-tours and be a part of attracting tourist to the south cost that will benefit the tourism sector in Stokseyri, Eyrarbakki, Selfoss, Flúðir and around that area.
