About Traverse City Christian School

Traverse City Christian School is an independent Christian school serving Pre K - 12 students in NW Lower Michigan. TC Christian maintains the following Core Values: -Biblical Worldview -Academic Excellence -Authentic Biblical Community -Christ-like Character Development -Whole Child Emphasis TC Christian offers a complete educational experience featuring the core academics necessary for graduation along with a selection of electives and extracurriculars intended to further develop the child's education. TC Christian was established in 1979, originally as a church-affiliated Elementary school. In 1994, an independent Christian Middle/High School was developed elsewhere in the community, which was unaffiliated with the elementary school. In 2007, the schools merged while maintaining separate campuses. In 2010, the Elementary school relocated operations to the MS/HS campus.
