Mission Statement: The Trehab Community Action Agency is committed to act as both a service provider and an advocate for the poor, unemployed and underemployed, the elderly, and other groups at risk. Trehab has offices in Susquehanna, Wyoming, Wayne, Bradford, Tioga, and Sullivan Counties.
