TREIO - The Real Estate Investment Office provides strategic, acquisition and asset management advice to UHNWIs, families of wealth, trusts and charities concerning all aspects of real estate investment in the UK and Europe with Directors based in both London and Geneva. We offer discreet, independent and insightful advice as well as qualified investment opportunities, many of which are sourced ‘off-market’. Two of the founding Directors have more than 55 years combined property experience and are both Chartered Surveyors regulated by the RICS (Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors) whilst the third Director has been working in finance and investor relations for more than 12 years. We provide a comprehensive service to all our clients, where necessary overseeing the appointment and supervision of ‘best in class’ third party professionals to complement our service. We take the time to understand our clients’ investment objectives from the outset. ESG and impact considerations underpin our investment approach along with wealth preservation strategies and ensure that our client’s investments remain relevant in an ever-changing economic and legislative environment. Formerly the real estate team at Sandaire multi-family office, prior to its acquisition by Schroders/Cazenove Capital in December 2020, we act for a select and limited number of clients to steadfastly avoid conflicts of interest between clients and structure our fees in such a way that our business interests are clearly aligned with those of our clients.
