About Trekkers

We are a non-profit youth development organization serving students in 7th through 12th grade. Our model blends social-emotional development theory, experiential education and long-term mentorship. For over 25 years, the Trekkers model has shown to help students strengthen their ability to be resilient, raise aspirations and increase their connection to their communities. In 2014, we launched the Trekkers Training Institute to provide other organizations seeking better student outcomes with the tools and ongoing support to integrate Trekkers Youth Programming Principles in their own communities.
