"Trendsetters" was founded in early nineties of last century. It started with two Americans who came to Latvia in 1993. They established "International Trendsetters" that became local leading sales and marketing consultancy in period from 1994 to 1999. Beginning of 1995 "Trendsetters" offers personnel search and selection services to its customers. The standards of our performance became the standard of the industry in Latvia and the demand for our HR services grew rapidly. In October 1998 Pavel Loskutov was appointed as Recruitment department manager and it became a separate business unit of Trendsetters group. Today "Trendsetters" is well-established personnel search and selection Company, offering its Clients executive search and proactive recruitment services. Our primary focus is on middle-and senior manager level positions and top sales professionals for the most industries. About 70% of our projects are done using direct search. We GO TO candidates and do not expect them to come to us for a new career challenge. This helps us to accomplish 95% of the projects we are involved and our ability successfully to find candidates under the most challenging circumstances is unsurpassed in an industry. Both large international organizations and smaller local companies successfully found personnel through us and are continuing to use Trendsetters services today.
