Here at Tres Perros we have done our best to create something not yet seen by north American consumers. After living in the mountains of costa Rica for 2 years we decided we had the product we needed to create a wave in the current coffee situation, Here`s how we did it. First off it was timing, We landed just as the highest elevations were coming in, so right off we discovered something far above our expectations, Beans that were full of chocolate aroma and a fruity smell we had not seen. I have a farming background and was soon immersed in the process of growing coffee. In 2 yrs we learned all about coffee, Roasting, Growing and grading the beans. . We offer the highest quality coffees that are grown with organics and have never been sprayed with any chemicals. Just terrific quality coffee. Nothing else. We have a coop of growers there who we work with to ensure the upmost quality. Small farms Big Flavors.
