She noticed that those who could afford to hire a personal trainer like herself actually saw changes, because it was their job to get their clients results, hold them accountable and teach them how to do things differently. As Vicki considered the concept of what "doing something different" meant, she was compelled to create a facility that provided everyone the equal opportunity to have a coach/personal trainer without the astronomical or wasted expenses of membership fees and hidden costs.
