Tri-Kote Truck & Tractor Service and Protective Coatings & Linings was established in 1965. Diversity, pride in doing the job the right way, and our commitment to safety has enabled us to withstand the tests of time. The Truck & Tractor division at Tri-Kote specializes in moving rotary drilling equipment, frac tanks, and other miscellaneous oilfield equipment, as well as building and reclaiming drilling and completion pads in the Illinois and surrounding basins. We currently operate a fleet of winch trucks, various floats and lowboys, a fleet of winch equipped bucket and blade bulldozers, and a line of mud boats and lizards. Protective Coatings & Linings are the heart and soul of Tri-Kote, and where we got our start in 1965. Our exclusive lining has established a fifty year reputation as being one of the hardest, toughest, most durable anti-corrosion linings available to the oil and gas industry today. Our proprietary application process ensures longevity. Pipe and fabrications are sandblasted to SSPC-SP5 white metal blast with a 3 to 5 mil blast profile. This is immediately followed by multiple forced cured coats of Tri-Kote coal-tar-epoxy pipe lining with a dry film thickness of 16-20 holiday free mils of lining. This unique combination makes it an effective weapon in combating corrosion caused by salt water, oil brines, h2s gas, many acid and alkaline solutions, and all crude oil products. This coating is very effective for use in oilfield, industrial, and environmental sectors.
