About Tri-State Engineers & Land Surveyors
Established in 1959 by Louis Spadaccino, Tri-State Engineers And Land Surveyors, Inc.'s first office was located on Street Road in Upper Southampton Township. Since then, we've designed and constructed our own building located at 801 West Street Road in Feasterville, Pennsylvania, where our office is still located today. Just as all things change over time, so too has our land surveying and engineering firm. In 1959, we used the transit and steel measuring tapes as the primary surveying tools. Additionally, all engineering and surveying plans were drafted by hand. Computers have opened up new avenues for the surveying and engineering professions. Today, Tri-State Engineers And Land Surveyors, Inc. uses total survey stations, GPS (global positioning systems), and the computer as the primary tools for surveying and engineering.
