He was later joined by his son, Eugene Benninger Jr. Owned and operated by father and son the company has always been rooted in family. The same values remain integrated under the current ownership of Dan Benninger, son of Eugene Benninger Jr, Matt Timme and Tim Millsap. Tri-State Equipment specializes in manufacturing, servicing, and selling cranes, lifting devices, and fall protection solutions. Located in St. Louis, Missouri, our 37,000 square foot facility houses a large fabrication area, machine shop, and warehouse. We are the leading midwest supplier of overhead cranes and hoists and we work closely with our customers to help increase productivity and reduce manufacturing costs.
