Who we are: We were founded in October of 2019 with a sense of urgency to help institutions of all types better understand pressing contemporary issues that need to be addressed in the 21st century. Our founders have terminal degrees in the field of education with a focus on diversity, equity, and inclusivity. We are comprised of three partners that have extensive experience in training, education, leadership, and a common goal for a more just and verdant work environment. We strongly believe that addressing inequity now will help you reduce turnover, increase cultural vitality, and transform your company into a more inviting and welcoming workspace that is up to date on contemporary best practices. We offer a suite of services from one day workshops to weeklong retreats depending on the needs of your company or institution.
