TribeZ is a Technology platform + Global Workforce movement. Born out of lived experience, TribeZ was founded by Rebecca Ann Robinson, a Black American immigrant, technologist, and entrepreneur who knows firsthand the frustration and injustice of trying to move money across borders while building a business and a life abroad. After navigating the broken systems of international payments: delayed transfers, sky-high fees, arbitrary freezes, and exploitative practices by legacy financial providers, Rebecca asked the question too few were answering: “If this is how Americans are treated, what about freelancers in the Global South earning in USD? How much opportunity is being stolen in silence?” The answer became TribeZ, a platform that exists to level the playing field for global talent. Our Mission To empower freelance professionals across the globe with financial sovereignty and flexible work opportunities by bridging the gap between U.S. businesses and international talent, safely, legally, and equitably.
